Targets:

Strategy (2011-2015) and vision to 2020 for business community in sustainable development will be brought onto the scene and further enhanced;

To spread the implications of the Council to the business community and other relevant stakeholders;

To connect the governmental agencies and business community with an aim to provide information and reflect the business's needs in the implementation of sustainable development programs;

The supply of information on all activities of the business community for sustainable development in Vietnam and in the world will be strengthened.

To improve the business's awareness and promote its role in realising the Strategic Orientation for Sustainable Development in Vietnam; 

To deploy the activities of the National Sustainable Development Program for business;

To assist the businesses, business associations to establish and implement sustainable development policies;

To provide further training for the business and the whole society in order to improve their awareness in sustainable development and international integration;

To provide assistance and consultancy for the business, business associations in Vietnam with regard to information, knowledge, experiences and good-practice in sustainable development;

To improve business'awareness in implementing Corporate social responsibility and motivate them to realise it.
