CPV operates integrated agro-industrial and food business with its objectives to provide products in high quality and environmentally and socially responsible manner. With a wide range of business activities throughout Vietnam and the vision of becoming a sustainable economic development enterprise, CPV has integrated the implementation of the UN's sustainable development goals into the process of production and business activities to ensure the balance between economic, social and environmental activities.
In Vietnam, in remote and mountainous areas, although the government and local authorities pay great attention in developing material and cultural life for ethnic minorities in the upland areas, the results are very limited because the terrain is mountainous, so traffic is not a favorable remote location.
In order to promote the effective implementation of environmental and social issues, as well as to implement the goal of being a sustainable enterprise, CPV has implemented the project "Lighting up for the highland Village ". This is a coordinated activity between CPV and relevant agencies, unions and local departments.
Since 2018, the project has successfully implemented at provinces and cities, such as Binh Dinh and Binh Phuoc provinces. In the future, the project will expand in other border villages such as Ha Giang province.
In Binh Dinh province, C.P Vietnam – CP Vietnam National Union, C.P. Vietnam Charitable Fund, Binh Dinh People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union in Binh Dinh join hands to support the lives of people in O2 village of Vinh Kim commune and Canh Giao village of Canh Hiep commune with activities: Install 68 sets of solar lamps to bring light to people in highland villages. Provide more than 60 solar-powered radios to obscure information, helping them integrate into community life. The well compartment and donated water tanks to provide clean water to the people. Supporting breeding chickens as well as breeding techniques facilitates access to nutritional resources as well as knowledge about breeding for people.

In Binh Phuoc province, CPV in collaboration with The Vietnam National Youth Union of Binh Phuoc province organized the launching program of the Summer Volunteer Youth Campaign 2021 with many meaningful activities and handed over the "Frontier Light" route to border people. Representatives of CPV- Mr. Le Dinh Cong - Director of CPV Binh Phuoc attended the program. Here, CPV supported 90 solar light , setup 5 border routes in Loc Ninh and Bu Gia Fat districts of Binh Phuoc province. , the delegation also donated 35,000 medical masks, 20 carton of dry hand sanitizer gel and other necessities with a total value of VND 115 million to O Rang District, Mondulkiri Province (Kingdom of Cambodia).
