After consulting with the two Co-Chairs, this year the first EB meeting will be held in Hanoi (at VBCSD meeting room, Room 311, VCCI Building, No 09 Dao Duy Anh Str., Dong Da Dist., Hanoi) on 08th May 2013, from 14:00 to 17:00. VBCSD Secretariat would like to inform you all so as you can spare your time to participate in the meeting.
The tentative agenda of the EB meeting is as follows:
1. Report of activities implemented since January 2013
2. Approval of the 2013 annual work plan.
3. Membership development and organizational issues.
4. Other businesses as inspired by the EB members.
VBCSD Secretariat would like to receive the confirmation of your participation by 1st May 2013 so as arrangement of the meeting will be convenient.
