People and social impact are integral to the way Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam approaches sustainable development. The company pursues a growth model in which social responsibility is embedded across business strategy, operations, and governance.
In 2025, Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam was once again honored with the AmCham CSR Recognition Award, marking the eighth consecutive year the company has been recognized for its Corporate Social Responsibility practices. This recognition reflects the consistency of Mondelez Kinh Do’s long-term direction - one that meaningfully integrates economic performance with social responsibility to deliver positive and sustainable impact.

As a member of Mondelēz International, Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam advances its sustainability strategy through four pillars: Packaging, Ingredients, Climate, and Social Impact. Among these, Social Impact serves as a direct link between business activities and people - from employees to the communities where the company operates.
At the community level, in 2025, the company continued to implement CSR initiatives designed to create positive changes for underprivileged groups and expand opportunities for vulnerable communities. These efforts include the donation of used laptops to students in difficulties, as well as the “Love Library” program implemented in partnership with the Pacific Links Foundation, through which more than 4,000 books and learning materials were donated to thousands of students in remote and underserved areas. In addition, since the beginning of the year, Mondelez Kinh Do has worked closely with FoodBank Vietnam to distribute over 9,300 boxes of products to shelters and social welfare centers, particularly supporting communities affected by natural disasters in Northern, Central, and Southwestern Vietnam. The total value of these contributions exceeded VND 4 billion.

Beyond community support, a people-centered approach also underpins Mondelez Kinh Do’s efforts to build a resilient organization and advance its broader social responsibility agenda. The company implements a range of initiatives to enhance health, safety, and well-being, including regular health programs, safety and welfare training, and internal engagement initiatives. This approach aims to foster a positive working environment where employees are supported in their holistic development and encouraged to contribute to the organization over the long term.
The continued recognition by AmCham for eight consecutive years reflects more than a record of achievements - it underscores Mondelez Kinh Do’s long-term approach to Corporate Social Responsibility: one that consistently and thoughtfully integrates business operations with social responsibility, grounded in tangible impact. For the company, CSR is not a standalone program, but an integral part of how the organization operates, makes decisions, and partners with communities across Vietnam.
