On September 6, 2025, INSEE Vietnam and 08 partners officially handed over the “Huong Duong” Library project at the Vinh Long Center for Inclusive Education Development. The new library provides a modern, creative, and inclusive learning space for children with disabilities and developmental disorders in the province.
