Mondelez Kinh Do has been honored in two categories — Environmental & Climate Impact and Social Impact — at the AmCham ESG Impact Recognition 2025. This is the fourth consecutive year the company has achieved this recognition, underscoring its sustained progress in strengthening sustainability practices and creating positive value for people, communities, and the environment.

The AmCham ESG Impact Recognition is an annual initiative organized by AmCham Vietnam to acknowledge businesses businesses that demonstrate impactful ESG initiatives aligned with Vietnam’s sustainable development priorities.
In 2025, Mondelez Kinh Do continued to advance greener and more efficient operations across its two manufacturing plants through international management standards and the IL6S continuous improvement model. Key initiatives — including water-reuse systems and production-line optimization — enabled the plants to save approximately 4,000 m³ of water and reduce 126 tons of manufacturing waste each year.
On the packaging front, the company accelerated efforts to enhance recyclability and reduce virgin plastic. The adoption of rPET trays for Kinh Do Mooncake and Cosy products, the switch from plastic trays to paper cups in selected lines, and the optimization of packaging sizes and ink usage contributed to over 300 tons of recycled plastic utilized and more than 100 tons of virgin plastic eliminated annually.
To further promote a circular economy and support the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Mondelez Kinh Do collaborates with partners such as Dong Tien and Vinh Xuan to collect, sort, and recycle post-consumer packaging waste. Meanwhile, collaboration with Green Connect enables the upcycling of food by-products into animal feed, creating a closed-loop approach to ingredient supply.

Mondelez Kinh Do was also recognized for its meaningful Social Impact contributions. For employees, the company fosters a supportive workplace through the Health Talk Series, annual health check-ups, safety and well-being training, and various engagement activities…

At the community level, a wide range of programs were deployed throughout the year with meaningful impact. These include the donation of 256 used laptops to underprivileged students; the Love Kitchen program in collaboration with Foodbank Vietnam, providing nutritious meals to orphaned children; and the Love Library 2025 initiative, implemented with Pacific Links Foundation, donating books, learning materials, and refurbished laptops to 10 schools across 7 provinces, supporting more than 6,000 students on their educational journeys. Additionally, the company and Foodbank Vietnam distributed over 10,000 boxes of products — including AFC crackers, Solite cakes, OREO Chocolate Pie, LU, and Cosy biscuits — to support orphanages, shelters, disadvantaged individuals, social welfare centers, and communities affected by natural disasters in the Northern, Central, and Southwestern regions. These initiatives provided timely support for thousands of people and reinforced a culture of compassion and community care.


Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam today announced the appointment of Mr. Vaibhav Bhanchawat as Vice President and Managing Director of Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam, succeeding Mr. Anil Viswanathan, who, after successfully running Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam for 3 years, moves to Mondelez Europe to lead Marketing for North and Western Europe.

On November 5, 2025, C.P. Vietnam Corporation (CPV), in collaboration with the Forest Management Board under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Vinh Long Province, held a launching ceremony to plant 5 hectares of new mangrove forest in Thoi Thuan Commune.
