Hanoi, 7th January 2026 – Herbalife Vietnam, a premier health and wellness company, community and platform, collaborated with the Life and Health Newspaper under the Ministry of Health, to organize the "Better Me Contest 2025 Awarding Ceremony" to honor the top 12 candidates who have inspired the community to adopt healthier eating habits and maintain regular exercise through their own inspiring stories. Now in its fourth consecutive year, the contest, supported by Herbalife Vietnam, aims to raise awareness about the importance of balanced nutrition and an active lifestyle for improving health and well-being. The "Better Me Contest 2025 Awarding Ceremony" was broadcast live on HTV9 and on all Life and Health Newspaper's channels.
Following its success from previous years, the "Better Me Contest 2025" has attracted over 4,000 candidates nationwide, a record-breaking number of participants in the contest's history, along with thousands of inspiring stories of individuals who have adopted healthy lifestyles and balanced nutrition to achieve positive physical transformations.
During the Ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented a special award worth 50 million VND to candidate Ngo Xuan Bach (Hanoi). The best prize of 30 million VND was awarded to candidate Nguyen Thi Van (Quang Ngai). The 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 5 fourth prizes were given to the other 10 excellent candidates. The Organizing Committee also granted two special awards: the Inspirational Character Award and the Most Popular Candidate Award.

The “Better Me Contest” was launched for the first time in 2022 as part of a strategic partnership between Herbalife Vietnam and Health and Life Newspaper. Other ongoing initiatives include Vietnam's Community Nutrition Day, monthly live-streaming talk shows, and the publication of a monthly printed edition focused on various health and wellness topics. These programs aim to help the public enhance their knowledge and achieve their health and wellness goals over the long term.
