On October 22nd, INSEE Vietnam is proud to be honored in "Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2020" at the announcement ceremony held by Anphabe in HCMC. This is the result of an annual survey conducted by Anphabe collaborate with market research firm INTAGE under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to measure Employee Brand Attractiveness.
The survey was conducted online with the participation of industry respondents from across the country, engaging more than 559 enterprises from 20 industries with the participation of 71,460 experienced employees. Enterprises can measure the brand health of internal and external employers based on the opinions of employees and opinions of talent and candidates.

Sharing at the awards ceremony, Ms. Tran Hai Ninh, Human Resources Director of INSEE Vietnam said: “We are honored to be in the “Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2020” and before that is the award "Top 50 Most Attractive Employer Brands for Vietnamese students in 2020". These achievements are the result of the whole company efforts when building a great place for employees to work together with great emphasis on developing people, caring for people health & safety as well as contributing responsibility for the community. These efforts are materialized through the new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) which includes initiatives like “Learn fast, growth further” – “Care at work, happy at home”- “Together make life worth living”.

Every year, the company has framework agreements signed with a few universities to fully cooperate in activities for students such as technical seminars, intern recruitment, ... The most typical program is the INSEE Prize, which has been held annually since 2009. This is a competition for students of construction and engineering, to discover and help them realize their ideas, concept of sustainable development and balance among three criterias Environment - Economy - Society. In more than 11 years of organizing this competition, INSEE Prize has been statistically 8 projects implemented in practice, "distilled" from more than 3,156 ideas from 43 universities and more than 5,000 beneficiaries in society for both directly and indirectly from projects.

In the morning of September 28, 2020, Dow Vietnam Team joined hands with Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province and Parliamentary Delegation of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province to host “the Campaign to make the world cleaner” and “the activity of donating 300 water tanks and 50 trash bins to fishermen in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province reaching out to sea and local tourism areas.”
Hanoi, 25 September 2020 – HEINEKEN Vietnam, one of the most sustainable companies in Vietnam, today joins the Vietnam Corporate Sustainability Forum (VCSF), themed “Sustainable development in the new decade: turn challenges into opportunities.” The forum is organized by the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VBCSD – VCCI).
On the morning of September 25th, 2020, a seminar was held in Hanoi: "Sustainable corporate governance in a changing society", in the context that Vietnam and the world have just experienced the Covid-19 pandemic "shock". The seminar was organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD), and broadcast online to more than 350 agencies, organizations and businesses.
On the afternoon of September 10th, 2020, the representative of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) presented medical equipment to a number of hospitals in Quang Nam and Quang Tri provinces, aiming to support for the Covid -19 prevention, as well as for future treatment activities of the Hospital.
The Vietnamese government is currently putting an ambitious goal of reducing marine plastic leakage by 75 percent by 2030. To make it happen, building a plastic circular economy is one of the solutions that Vietnam is following. Also, the public awareness enhancement and behavior change education are very important works.
With their outstanding, creative ideas and practical proposed solutions, all the teams not only convinced the fastidious judges, but also received support from the local representatives.
On September 18, 2020, INSEE Vietnam cooperated with HCM University of Technology to hold the inauguration ceremony of rural roads in Thap Muoi district, Dong Thap province. The handed-over works are part of 20th consecutive partnership year of INSEE Vietnam accompanied by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Can Tho University.
While most cleaning and laundry products available today contain chemicals made from fossil fuel feedstocks, a non-renewable source of carbon. Unilever has decided to replace these chemicals by renewable or recycled sources of carbon.
URC Vietnam’s efforts and contributions in Vietnam have been fully recognized in not only business awards but also in sustainable ranking. Since 2019, URC Vietnam has been named among the top 100 sustainable businesses recognized by the VCCI – VBCSD and recently, in September 2020, the company was honoured among the top 10 prestigious companies in the non-alcoholic beverage industry in 2020 as announced by the Vietnam Report Company, in collaboration with VietNamNet newspaper under the Ministry of Information and Communication.
