C.P. Vietnam operates with a sustainable strategy under the three pillars of "Food Security, Self-Sufficiency Society, Balance of Natural", and adheres to the 3-benefit philosophy "For the Country, for the People and for the Company". With the strategy and philosophy of sustainable operation, social and community support has always been highly appreciated by CPV in the process of its business activities. In order to support the community more often and effectively, the CPV’s Donation Fund has been established and operated for more than 10 years with outstanding results in the Vietnamese social community.
Facing with Covid-19 pandemic, and in order to reducing pressure on hospitals, C.P. Vietnam’s Donation Fund is companion with other partners to the "Hospital at Home" project to help F0 patients and at-risk groups such as F1, F2 who home isolation treatment overcomes the pandemic and is completely free. The project has participated by 150 doctors and volunteers as well as called for volunteer participation from 30,000 CPV staffs/workers. The project's activities include online consultancy while working on the site to help F0 patients through counselling, oxygen tanks, oxygen generators, ambulances, drug bags, etc., especially in disadvantaged patients. Up to now, the "Hospital at Home" project has supported more than 700 cases of F0 patients.

In addition, the project also develops "Home Health Care Call Center with the number 1900.1277" to support the care of Covid-19 patients", the call center will officially come into operation from 10:00 am on September 2, 2021. Representative of C.P. Vietnam, Ms. Le Nhat Thuy – Chairman of C.P. Vietnam’s Donation Fund attended the ceremony and said "The 1900.1277 call center is a very useful in the current situation, helping people have the opportunity to be supported quickly when detecting infection, and call an ambulance, contact medical facilities, be guided in nutritional health care ... Hopefully, this will contribute to helping people have more hope to overcome the pandemic, contributing to the prevention of covid-19."
CPV has also donated: 1 ambulance car, 1.000 oxygen tanks, 500.000 masks and 20.000 medical gloves to accompanying with people to overcome the pandemic.

In addition, the C.P. Vietnam’s Donation Fund is in collaboration with other donors and relevant State Departments has implemented Binh Tan Treatment & Emergency Support Center, in the "Red Zone" – with many Covid-19 patients, to reduce pressure on the hospital.
