URC Vietnam was continually awarded “Top 10 Prestigious Companies in Vietnam” title 2021

Since October 2021, URC Vietnam has been once again named among the Top 10 prestigious companies in the non-alcoholic beverage industry in 2021 as announced by the Vietnam Report Company, in collaboration with VietNamNet newspaper under the Ministry of Information and Communication. This award represents URC Vietnam's efforts in achieving outstanding business results and providing the best products to meet the rising demand of Vietnamese consumers.

Recently, in June 2021, with understanding the hardships of the pandemic prevention frontline, in June 2021, C2 RTD Tea Brand of URC Vietnam Co., Ltd. launched the campaign “Ở nhà không gắt - Bước chắc cùng C2” and invited thousands of youths to participate. Accordingly, the program received millions of footsteps from young people after over a month. Thus, URC Vietnam donated 24,000 bottles of C2 Plus Immunity tea and other products of URC company to frontline medical staff, officials, volunteers, ... at major pandemic centers like Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Binh Duong. In addition, URC Vietnam also provides support for many pandemic centers across the country with a total value of nearly 1 billion VND. More than that, URC Vietnam will continue our sustainable development journey with many other activities in the coming years.

AES Vietnam donates 1,000 COVID-19 rapid test kits in Binh Thuan Province

Binh Thuan, 12 October 2021, AES Vietnam presented 1,000 COVID-19 rapid test kits to Ham Tan Healthcare Center to support the fight against the pandemic in Binh Thuan Province. This support package also includes 500 N95 face masks. The handover ceremony was organized with the presence of representatives Ham Tan Healthcare Center, AES Vietnam and other members of local authorities.

SCG AND LONG SON PETROCHEMICALS COMPLEX SUPPORT REAL-TIME PCR TESTING MACHINE TO BA RIA VUNG TAU PROVINCE FOR THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19

Ba Ria Vung Tau — 9 September 2021, SCG and Long Son Petrochemicals (LSP) together with EPC Contractors of the Petrochemicals Complex in South of Vietnam donated the Fully Automated Real-Time PCR Testing Machine value 9.16 billion VND to Vung Tau Medical Clinic to support Ba Ria Vung Tau province in the battle against COVID-19.

SCG TOGETHER WITH VIETNAM TO FIGHT COVID-19 VIA SUPPORTING A SERIES OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND PROVIDING HYGIENE MODULAR BATHROOMS FOR FIELD HOSPITALS IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Ho Chi Minh City, August 23rd, 2021: In face of the complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ho Chi Minh City; responding to the request of the National Steering Committee on COVID-19 Prevention and Control for Ho Chi Minh City with more drastic measurements to limit the number of deaths, SCG continues to develop many practical initiatives to accompany the authorities and people of Ho Chi Minh City during this difficult time. Particularly, SCG has officially donated a series of essential medical supplies and equipment to the Field Hospital in District 8, several hospitals and government units. Notably - there are 26 Hygiene Modular Bathrooms designed and built by SCG to ensure hygiene standards, anti-bacterial and limit cross-contamination in high-risk pandemic areas, together with 800 beds for field hospitals. The total value of the donation package is worth up to 5 billion VND.

AES Mong Duong donates VND500 million to COVID-19 Vaccine Fund

Quang Ninh, 27 August 2021, AES Mong Duong, a subsidiary of AES Vietnam, has donated VND500 million to Vietnam’s national COVID-19 Vaccine Fund, with the aim of supporting and accelerating the purchase and administration of vaccines against the novel coronavirus in Vietnam. The hand-over ceremony was held at the Quang Ninh Fatherland Front office, with the attendance of representatives from Quang Ninh People’s Committee, Quang Ninh Fatherland Front and AES Mong Duong.
