On the morning of August 16, 2023, at Muong Thanh Hue Hotel, C.P. Vietnam Corporation (CPV) held a conference "Supplier Potential Development Program 2023". This is an annual activity of the Sourcing Development & Audit Department to improve CPV's competitiveness and sustainable sourcing development. Each year, CPV will exchange and implement a different theme that is in line with the general trend of the world and Vietnam. In 2023, the conference will be held with the theme: "Environmental management in supply chain development"

This year the conference has the participation of more than 50 suppliers from the central region - one of CPV's important partners. On the side of CPV's EVP, Mr. Chamnan Wangakkarangkul - spoke and shared more about the general development orientation of CP Group with the conference. He emphasized the importance of suppliers and said that long-term and sustainable success must be based on social and environmental responsibility throughout CPV's cooperation with suppliers.

Over 30 years of building and developing manufacturing business in Vietnam, CPV has always focused on integrating the sustainable development goals (SDGs) to protect the environment with the implementation of activities for the social community. Implementing the commitment to responsible business activities with the community, society, towards sustainability, the company always wishes to find and cooperate with partners and customers who share the same goals to develop into an environmentally friendly supply chain
During the conference, CPV representatives exchanged topics on: "Climate change and food security in the supply chain" and "Methods for managing greenhouse gas emissions". These are important topics to help suppliers understand more and be able to apply practices in their businesses to develop in line with current sustainable development trends, and to be green, friendly sources of the company. At the same time, honor typical suppliers who have contributed to the production process of the company.

With the success of the conference, it is considered a step forward in strengthening the long-term relationship between C.P. Bac Ninh, July 20, 2023 – Samsung Vietnam and Korea Food for the Hungry International (KFHI) jointly held the 10th Anniversary of the establishment of Samsung Bac Ninh Hope School (Vietnam Korea Cooperation Center).
- After nearly 1 year, the project has been implemented at 33 schools in 12 provinces across the country, bringing training opportunities for high-tech development for more than 3,200 students and teachers nationwide. - For the first time, the Science and Technology Innovation Competition “Innovation Tech Challenge - 2023” applied the Robocon format. - In 5 years of operation, the Samsung Innovation Campus program has provided courses such as C&P, AI, Big Data, IoT for about 6021 Vietnamese teenagers and about 389 teachers. The program has so far reached about 40 schools and 20 provinces nationwide.
