With the desire to accompany students on their career development journey, in March 2025, C.P. Vietnam organized numerous meaningful activities aimed at sharing professional knowledge, providing career orientation, and fostering connections between students and businesses.

Scientific Seminar at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry

On March 22, 2025, C.P. Vietnam hosted a scientific seminar titled “Economic Accounting in Pig and Poultry Farming (Commercial & Breeding)” at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry. The event attracted nearly 100 students of third-year and final-year from the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine.

Accompanying the program were Mr. Khuat Van Thanh – Market Technical Director, and Mr. Tran Van Hai – Head of Testing, along with the Recruitment Department. During the seminar, experts shared in-depth insights into specialized knowledge, industry practices, and job opportunities for students, helping them gain a clearer career direction for the future.

Job Fair at Vietnam National University of Forestry

Continuing the journey of knowledge connection, on March 23, 2025, C.P. Vietnam participated in the “94th Anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union” and “Job Fair 2025” at Vietnam National University of Forestry. At this event, C.P. Vietnam representatives shared information about career opportunities at the company, application requirements, and development pathways for students. The company’s career counseling booth attracted a large number of young participants, affirming C.P. Vietnam’s appeal as a professional and sustainable working environment.

Through these activities, C.P. Vietnam not only provided learning opportunities but also inspired and motivated students to confidently embark on their career paths. This demonstrates the company’s strong commitment to developing high-quality human resources for Vietnam’s livestock industry.

Accompanying Activities for Admission Counseling in March 2025

The HRR - Recruitment Department of C.P. Vietnam has actively collaborated with universities in admission counseling activities, especially in the field of agriculture.

At various schools, such as Vietnam High School of Forestry and Vinh Long University of Technical Education, more than 4,000 students from 29 high schools in the region participated. Additionally, at Vietnam National University of Forestry, over 2,000 12th-grade students from 12 high schools in Dong Nai province attended the counseling sessions. Furthermore, admission counseling was provided to nearly 2,000 students at several schools in Binh Thuan province.

In total, HRR reached and provided career guidance to more than 7,990 high school students across the country. These initiatives not only demonstrate C.P. Vietnam’s commitment to supporting universities in admissions counseling but also reinforce the company’s reputation as a trusted employer within the community and society.

These meaningful activities are a clear testament to C.P. Vietnam’s dedication to accompanying the younger generation, contributing to career orientation, and fostering the development of high-quality human resources for Vietnam’s livestock and agriculture industries.
