The "March to the Border" program serves as a bridge of love, bringing the warmth of solidarity to people and soldiers on the front lines of the nation. This is a key activity in the Youth Month, initiated by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, aimed at mobilizing the youth nationwide to join hands in supporting disadvantaged families and providing motivation for soldiers who tirelessly guard the borders day and night.
As part of its corporate social responsibility and deep commitment to border communities in Vietnam, this initiative seeks to raise awareness and responsibility among young people in protecting sovereignty, border security, and maritime territories. It also embodies the pioneering and innovative spirit of youth in contributing to socio-economic development and the building of new rural areas.
A Journey of Sharing and Giving
Honored to have accompanied the "March to the Border" program for many years, C.P. Vietnam has continuously contributed both materially and spiritually. The company has mobilized a team of enthusiastic and energetic volunteers to participate in meaningful activities, sharing and supporting border communities. Each gift delivered is not only a practical form of assistance but also a symbol of solidarity, strengthening the connection between C.P. Vietnam and the people in border areas.
In response to the spirit of spreading love to border regions, on March 1, 2025, the Vietnam Youth Union of C.P. Vietnam joined the launch ceremony of Youth Month and actively participated in the program. This was not only an opportunity for C.P. Vietnam to fulfill its corporate social responsibility but also an occasion for young employees to showcase their volunteer spirit, extending care and support to those in need.
This year, the "March to the Border" program is being implemented extensively across all border provinces in the country. The Central Committee of the Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union have selected Long An, Kon Tum, and Ha Giang as the three locations for the central-level program.
Bringing Warmth to Border Communities
At the Long An event, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khang – Assistance vice President of CPV, and Mr. Lê Hoàng Chương – Head of the Vietnam Youth Union of C.P. Vietnam, along with CPV volunteers, represented the company in presenting numerous gifts to underprivileged families. Each gift carried a message of encouragement and heartfelt sharing, helping people gain confidence and stability in life.

In addition to caring for people's well-being, C.P. Vietnam also extended its gratitude to border guards—those who steadfastly protect the nation’s frontiers. Volunteers at the Long An, Ha Giang, and Kon Tum locations distributed 6,000 eggs to provide nutritional support and energy to these dedicated soldiers.
As part of the program, C.P. Vietnam also participated in the launching ceremony and gift-giving events in Lạng Sơn, Quang Trị, and Kiên Giang provinces. The company contributed 33,000 eggs and 100 gifts to policy beneficiaries and underprivileged families. Moreover, the company's pink-shirted volunteers collaborated with the organizing committee to provide free medical check-ups and distribute medicine to nearly 1,500 local residents and children.
To further support sustainable economic development, C.P. Vietnam provided 3,000 chicks, animal feed, and livestock farming consultation to local farmers. This initiative goes beyond short-term aid, offering a long-term solution to help people gradually stabilize their livelihoods and overcome poverty through their own efforts.
Simultaneously held across three provinces, the "March to the Border" program has amplified the spirit of compassion like never before, ensuring that people in border areas and soldiers stationed there feel the support and companionship of businesses and the community.
Every gift provided is not just material support but a symbol of solidarity, strengthening the bond between C.P. Vietnam and border communities. This principle serves as the guiding vision for C.P. Vietnam—developing business operations in alignment with corporate social responsibility, striving for a brighter future for all.
"For C.P. Vietnam Corporation, sustainable development is not just a commitment but a core foundation where the interests of the nation and the community always come first. The company continuously strives to build a sustainable economic ecosystem that harmonizes with society and the environment, ensuring that every step forward contributes to a greener, more prosperous, and sustainable Vietnam."
