and Mr. Nguyen Phuong Son - Public Affairs Director of Amway Vietnam at the training program.

Proactively Equipping More Than 1,200 Distributors with Legal Knowledge

In the rapidly growing digital economy, product communication and advertising demand absolute accuracy and transparency to safeguard consumer rights. Fully aware of this significance, Amway Vietnam proactively collaborated with the Information, Counseling and Training Center (under the National Competition Commission) to host an intensive legal training series. Spanning across three strategic locations—Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, and Hanoi—the workshops drew the active participation of over 1,200 leading Distributors nationwide. This stands as one of the pivotal annual training initiatives conducted by Amway, reflecting the company's proactive dedication to the sustainable development of its Distributor community.

Throughout the sessions, attendees gained valuable insights from leading industry experts, including Ms. Le Hong Nhung – Deputy Director of the Information, Counseling and Training Center (National Competition Commission, Ministry of Industry and Trade), and Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc – Former Inspector of the Vietnam Food Administration (VFA). Employing an approachable, practical, and easy-to-understand methodology, the speakers directly imparted core statutory regulations concerning multi-level marketing operations and advertising guidelines for nutritional and health products. This crucial knowledge serves as a robust shield, empowering Distributors to build their businesses correctly, legally, and confidently.

Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu - General Director of Amway Vietnam delivers an orientation speech and emphasizes the vital role of legal compliance in business operations during the training series.

Fostering Transparent Corporate Governance and Compliance

A key highlight of the training series was the integration of real-world scenarios frequently encountered in the daily business operations of Distributors. Through analyzing specific case studies, participants had the opportunity to evaluate and adjust their consultation methods and product communication approaches on social media platforms in strict accordance with current laws.

Connecting theory with practical situations effectively raises Distributors' awareness of legal compliance, helping them proactively identify and prevent potential risks during business operations. Beyond safeguarding personal reputations and the Amway brand, the program accelerates the development of a professional Distributor network that operates transparently and adheres to ethical business standards. This creates a solid foundation to reinforce the trust of consumers, partners, and regulatory authorities in the direct selling model.

The success of the training series across three regions reaffirms Amway Vietnam's unwavering commitment to making legal compliance and sustainability its core operational pillars. Cooperating closely with state management agencies to deliver a well-structured, large-scale training program demonstrates the company's profound responsibility toward its business community and society at large, while spearheading higher operational benchmarks within the industry.

In closing the training series, over 1,200 Distributors have been fully equipped with the essential knowledge and skills to confidently pursue a professional, effective, and sustainable career path. These continuous efforts by Amway Vietnam play an integral role in building a healthy direct selling environment, contributing positively to the sustainable development goals of the Vietnamese business community in the new era.
