Notably, Amway Vietnam was honored among the Top 5 in this year’s ranking. The ranking is published by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. This achievement marks a special milestone as the company has also earned Great Place To Work® Certification for three consecutive years. It further recognizes Amway Vietnam’s nine-year journey of sustainable growth, enforcing its strong position among Amway’s Top 9 largest markets globally.

Amway Vietnam ranks among the Top 5 Best Workplaces in Vietnam™ 2026 in the Medium Category, recognizing its journey of building a people-centric culture.

This year’s ranking is based on data analysis from a confidential survey of more than 111,500 employees, representing the voice of the workforce at companies in Vietnam. To receive this recognition, companies must undergo an in-depth and rigorous assessment process through the proprietary Trust Index™ Survey, a tool that measures employees’ trust, engagement and workplace experience.

• 94% of employees expressed strong confidence in the competence and integrity of the leadership team

• 94% of employees trusted the company’s fair, inclusive and non-discriminatory decision-making process

• 93% of employees recognized and highly valued the effectiveness of the company’s training system, support resources, working tools and practical reward policies

These indicators reflect a workplace with genuine trust and engagement, forming a strong foundation for Amway Vietnam to move confidently into its next stage of development.
