Hanoi, 30th July 2026 – Herbalife Vietnam, a premier health and wellness company, community and platform, collaborates with the Life and Health Newspaper under the Ministry of Health to organize the 5th "Better Me Contest" for the fifth consecutive year. Launched in 2022, this public health initiative has attracted over 15,500 participants nationwide to date. Through fitness challenges and educational health quizzes, the “Better Me Contest” encourages both participants and the wider public to become better versions of themselves and adopting active lifestyles for long-term health and well-being.


The 5th “Better Me Contest" is scheduled to take place in three months and will consist of three rounds. It offers participants a unique opportunity to achieve positive physical transformations while enhancing their knowledge of fitness, health, and nutrition. Throughout the program, the contestants will engage with leading wellness experts through interactive sessions to deepen their practical understanding of healthy living. By the end of the contest, the top candidates will be carefully selected to participate in the final awards ceremony, recognizing their hard work and encouraging results.

Mr. Tran Tuan Linh, Editor-In-Chief of Life and Health Newspaper and Head of the Organization Committee, said: "The “Better Me Contest”' aims to enhance public knowledge of proper nutrition and science-based exercise, establishing the foundation for a healthier community and contributing to the physical and intellectual development of future Vietnamese generations.
