This is the third consecutive year that Herbalife Vietnam has been awarded this prestigious and long-standing award, recognizing businesses that demonstrate remarkable growth, high-quality standards, competitive performance, and a strong reputation among consumers.

The Famous Trademark – Competitive Trademark certification program was launched in 2006 to assist Vietnamese enterprises in developing their intellectual property assets. To be recognized as a Famous Trademark, businesses must meet the criteria outlined in Article 75 of the Vietnam Intellectual Property Law of 2005. To be selected among hundreds of submissions, businesses ranked among the Top 10 Famous Trademarks in Vietnam for 2026 also must meet the following criteria:
• Consumer awareness and trust in the trademark;
• The scope, scale, and duration of trademark usage;
• The reputation and quality of products and services associated with the trademark;
• The commercial value, exploitability, and contribution of the trademark to business performance;
• Other factors reflecting the competitive position and intangible asset value of the trademark.
