Building sustainable growth
According to FiinGroup’s Vietnam Consumer Finance Report 2026, Vietnam’s consumer finance market is moving into a new phase, with greater attention being placed on growth quality, operational efficiency and risk management after a period of market volatility.
In this context, Home Credit Vietnam has continued to invest in governance capabilities, apply technology to its operating and customer experience processes. The company has also enhanced its internal credit assessment models and digital platforms to optimise application processing time and improve the management of its loan portfolio.
At the same time, Home Credit Vietnam has developed financial solutions based on the needs and repayment capacity of different customer segments – also strengthening the transparency of product information and loan terms, helping customers take a more proactive approach to accessing and using financial services.
These efforts were among the factors behind Home Credit Vietnam’s continued recognition as “Finance Company of the Year”, an award that acknowledges operational performance and adaptability among financial institutions.
According to its 2025 financial statements, Home Credit Vietnam’s total assets increased by 36.8% compared to the beginning of the year, while profit after tax reached VND2,077 billion. Its non-performing loan (NPL) ratio was maintained at 1.66%, while the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) reached 23.3%. These indicators show the company’s stable financial foundation during a period in which the consumer finance market continues to undergo restructuring.
