As our supplier, you have been or will soon be presented with our Code of Conduct, outlining what we expect with regards to labor and environmental standards in the production of goods supplied to us.
In order to support you in implementing this Code of Conduct in your production facility, we are pleased to invite you to a1 daytraining course.
The trainers will provide you with concrete advice and practical tools on how your production facility can meet our and othercustomers’ expectations with regard to labour conditions. In addition, we will show you how improved labour conditions can result in improved business performance.
Participants will also learn from other Chinese factory managers’ experience and good practice. Participants will receive 12 months’ free access to our online Decent Work Portal.
Who should attend?
Factory/General Managers, OHS Managers, Production Managers, Human Resource Managers, Supervisors, representatives in OHS and/or Worker Committees. The training is also suitable for vendors and local staff who liaise with factory management.

· Develop your own action plan to drive improvements in your production facility
· Engage with buying companies who are members of IEH, DIEH and ETI to discuss and monitor improvements
· Evaluate the effect of these improvements
