''Unexpected changes have made businesses, including Traphaco, face difficult challenges in 2020. But we understand and must be flexible and confident to have appropriate responses'', Mr. Tran Tuc Ma said.
As soon as the Covid-19 epidemic broke out, the company actively negotiated with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials; quickly set up an online consulting group, increasing customer contact activities through online channels. These flexible and synchronous measures helped Traphaco achieve good growth in the first quarter, both in revenue and profit.
In the second quarter of 2020, the company proactively applied customer personalization, designed a flexible sales policy, creating mutual benefits between customers and the company. Thereby, maintaining revenue and profit growth through the second quarter was full of difficulties and challenges.
In the third quarter of 2020, the company continued to apply a flexible sales policy, focusing on promoting key products, continued to grow 22% in revenue and 46% in profit.

For 48 years of construction and development, all over the country, Traphaco has affirmed its leading position in oriental medicine, pioneered in the development of high-quality pharmaceuticals, is a pioneer in implementing the sustainable pharmaceutical materials development model, is the first enterprise to have 6 growing areas meeting GACP-WHO standards for 6 medicinal herbs (polyscias fruticosa, ginkgo biloba, artichoke, Pharbitis nil, Ampelopsis cantoniensis).
According to the General Director of Traphaco, in the sustainable development strategy for the period 2017-2020, Traphaco leads the trend of Pharma 4.0, applying modern technology in production and distribution activities.
