And with the orientation of combining learning knowledge from the school or university with practical activities at enterprises, at the same time creating opportunities for students to learn about the operation and management process, production, and business systems. CPV has connected with schools and universities to set up visits to the head office, food production, and feedmill processing. This is one of the annual coordination activities of CPV with schools and universities to facilitate students' field trips to the factories. Students will have direct access to the production line of food products that ensure quality and hygiene safety at the factory, becoming more aware of a sustainable manufacturing enterprise.
The connecting is from North, Central, and South provincial areas where CPV has production and business branches. At each event, students will absorb information about CP Group, including the formation process, strategic goals, and business vision in general, as well as specific operational information about C.P. Vietnam—branches and factories in particular. At the same time, students will be guided to visit and learn about modern production processes and green factories, which are factors in efforts to develop a sustainable agri-food industry in Vietnam. Representatives of the Board of Directors of the company will advise and share necessary information about future career orientation, about the luggage you need to prepare, as well as be inspired by the stories of the employees working at the factory, production facilities, and the desire to provide students with practical knowledge and skills that are an important foundation for future career development.
