TPM stands for Total Productive Maintenance. The implementation of TPM is aimed at maximizing equipment performance, enhancing productivity with a maintenance system that is carried out throughout the life cycle of equipment, and improving workers' sense and job satisfaction. TPM will be conducted at five levels: Excellence, Consistency, Special, Advance and World Class.
C.P. Binh Duong Feed Factory (Binh Duong Feedmill) has passed two rounds of evaluation by experts from Japan in June and December 2023. With efforts to invest in and upgrade production technology while at the same time focusing on raising awareness and satisfaction with the work of employees, Binh Duong Feedmill Factory has been evaluated to win the TPM Consistency Award, TPM Awards 2023 Winners List, rubbing shoulders with companies from many countries around the world, such as France, Italy, China, India, Japan, Brazil, etc., as announced by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) in February 2024 and awarded in Kyoto, Japan, on March 20, 2024.

Representing C.P. Vietnam, Mr. Chaiwut Mekhora, Senior Vice President, and the Board of Directors were honored to receive this award. The award is the result of the efforts of the staff and employees of the factory, as well as the support and companionship of the company's Board of Directors and TPM implementation staff. This is also the first factory in C.P. Vietnam to win this award.
C.P. Binh Duong Feedmill will continue to develop operations towards higher levels of TPM implementation.
Binh Duong Feedmill started implementing TPM since 2013.
In 2018, the factory won the Tier 1 Award: Excellence Award.
In 2023, the factory is honored to win the Consistency Award (Level 2 Award)
According to the plan, Binh Duong Feedmill will continue to develop TPM activities towards TPM Award level 3 (Special Award), focusing on making a difference compared to TPM activities of JIPM towards maximizing factory efficiency, minimizing production costs, and achieving 3 Zeros (Zero Accident, Zero Defect, and Zero Breakdown) to increase the company's competitiveness in the market and towards sustainable development. In addition, C.P. Vietnam is also deploying the TPM system to the Feed – Farm – Food chain to expand the benefits that this system brings to production and business activities.
Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam has indeed taken a significant step towards promoting sustainability by signing a strategic cooperation agreement with Dong Tien Paper Co., Ltd. and Vinh Xuan Paper Co., Ltd. on March 13, 2024. At the end of February 2024, the Vietnam High Quality Goods Business Association (HVNCLC) announced the official list of 529 Vietnamese High Quality Goods Enterprises for 2024. This is the result of the process of conducting a direct survey and an online survey nationwide.
