In response to the series of activities held for Vietnam Consumers’ Rights Day 2026, launched by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the coastal city of Nha Trang, Amway Vietnam continues to accompany the National Competition Commission in activities aimed at raising public awareness of safe, transparent, and sustainable consumption.
In 2026, the program is being implemented under the theme “Information Safety - Building Trust - Sustainable Consumption,” with a focus on enhancing public awareness of consumer rights protection in the context of digital transformation and green economic development. Through a series of communication activities and direct public engagement, the program encourages the community to develop habits of green and responsible consumption, while also improving understanding of information safety and the protection of personal data in the digital environment.
As a participating business partner, Amway Vietnam has actively taken part in knowledge-sharing and public awareness-raising activities, thereby contributing to the development of a transparent and sustainable consumer ecosystem. Specifically, at the thematic seminar held as part of the program, Amway representatives focused their discussion on “Information Safety for Consumers in the Digital Era,” one of the core issues in consumer rights protection today, as emphasized in the 2023 Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights and reflected in the 2026 theme of Vietnam Consumers’ Rights Day.

Another notable contribution by Amway within the framework of the Nha Trang program was its participation in and leadership of the “Consumer Advisory Corner” booth, where Amway consultants directly shared knowledge and practical skills to help people become “smart consumers” in correctly understanding and properly using products, especially functional foods, particularly health supplements. There, consumers were guided on:
• Identifying products with full and proper information versus products lacking transparency, thereby helping them better understand labeling standards and mandatory product information.
• Distinguishing compliant advertising from false or misleading advertising, especially on social media platforms and online channels.
• Practicing product traceability through technological solutions that enable consumers to verify product origin and quality in a transparent manner.
• Accessing official information channels, including how to recognize official websites and avoid brand-impersonating websites of manufacturing and business companies, to obtain comprehensive product information before making purchasing and usage decisions.
Through these activities, Amway Vietnam aims to contribute to enhancing public awareness of sustainable consumption, while encouraging consumers to choose products with clear origin, safety, and environmental friendliness.

Earlier, on March 12, 2026, within the framework of the launch ceremony in Hanoi, Amway Vietnam also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade to strengthen cooperation in protecting consumer rights in the capital. Through this, Amway Vietnam hopes to continue spreading the message of green, responsible, and safe consumption, thereby contributing to the building of a transparent and trustworthy consumer ecosystem for the community.
Sharing the role of businesses in consumer rights protection, Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu, Managing Director of Amway Vietnam, stated:
“At Amway, we always place people and customers at the center of everything we do. Protecting consumers’ rights is not only a legal responsibility, but also the foundation for the sustainable development of a business. In the context of rapid digital transformation, Amway is committed to continuously innovating its technologies and processes to deliver green living solutions, while ensuring a transparent and secure transaction environment and providing the highest level of protection for customers’ personal data.”
