Conference on Environment and Sustainable Development policy

Within the scope of “Month to Take Action for the Environment” to support 2017 World Environment Day, the Conference on Environment and Sustainable Development Policy has been organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

Participants includes Deputy Minister of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Linh Ngoc; leaders from central government and Environment Department; VCCI’s Vice President Vo Tan Thanh; leaders from People’s Committee, as well as Environment Department of Southern cities and provinces; representatives from Managing Board of Economic and Industrial zone and business organizations in Southern cities and provinces; Southern central communication firm and other 300 guests from Southern businesses.

The conference includes two conversations: Complete the Environment and Sustainable Development policy in Viet Nam, and Urgent environment issue in Southern Viet Nam. This is the place for environment administration offices and business to discuss and propose solutions for matching up with environment requirement in global integration. Through this effort, business and economic growth is motivated along with the protection of the environment for sustainable development.
