Being one of the founding members of PRO Vietnam and the official member of VBCSD, URC Vietnam always keeps contributing to the future of sustainable development with practical actions.
Raise awareness with practical actions within its organization
Positioning itself as a company pursuing sustainable development model and social responsibility, URC Vietnam always takes practical actions within its organization with meaningful environmental activities. For example, in response to the “Environment Month”, in 6/2020, URC Vietnam launched a campaign under theme “Bin It Right” Challenge for more than 3,000 employees nationwide. The competition aimed to encourage the employees to come up with initiatives that help create the positive spillover of “Waste Segregate – Reuse – Recycle” in different ways.
Within one month, the competition witnessed a positive response from the staff with many creative solutions. A lot of ideas such as eco bricks, furniture or green walls made from used plastic and plastic bags, etc. have impressed others by their practical applicability.
