Hai Lang district is a coastal area, a low-lying area, and a difficult area in terms of clean water sources. Over the years, the local government and people here have made many efforts, but due to limited funding, the problem of clean water has not been improved for the people. To support the government to solve the situation of clean water scarcity in the district, to bring clean water, and ensure health and convenience in daily activities for 110 households in Group 7, Tham Khe village, Hai Khe commune, Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province. Advanced Aquaculture Viet Nam Co., Ltd. (AAVN) under C.P. Vietnam Group has invested in clean water at group 7, the project with a clean water pipeline started on September 26, 2022, with a length of 2,782m, connecting from Thua Thien Hue provincial water plant to group 7 in Thanh Khe village, with a total cost of more than VND 2.2 billion and will be completed in early June 2023

Attending the event were Mr. Duong Viet Hai - Vice Chairman of Hai Lang District and local leaders and relatives. On the side of the company, there was Mr. Banchong Buahung - VP, in charge of Technical Service and Shrimp farm and CPV volunteers.

Mr. Van Ngoc Tien Duc - Head of the Agriculture and Rural Development Department of Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province - added: "As a coastal area, low-lying terrain, Hai Lang district is a difficult area in terms of clean water sources. This project has helped people have clean water to use, be proactive in daily life and maintain health, and at the same time contribute to the locality fulfilling the new rural criteria".
At the event, AAVN also presented gifts of CPV food to disadvantaged households in Tham Khe village, to share difficulties with people as well as spread good values to the community.

23 May 2023, Espoo, Finland – Nokia today announced the first deployment of 10G fiber broadband in Vietnam with operator Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications (VNPT). The initial rollout will connect 10,000 homes and businesses in the 8 largest provinces of the country. Nokia is providing fiber access nodes for the operator’s exchanges and fiber modems for end users’ premises.
