C.P. Vietnam Corporation (CPV)—Branches: CPV Food Factory (Binh Phuoc) and Hanoi Meat Processing Factory—were voted the "Energy Efficient Enterprise 2023" award

The award "Energy Efficiency in 2023" is held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Association of Science and Technology for Efficient Energy as a communication activity within the framework of the "National Program on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy of 2019–2030." And to recognize and honor typical businesses and individuals in the implementation of solutions for economical and efficient use of energy, thereby creating social effects and contributing positively to socio-economic development goals.

The 2023 event

In the context of the international situation, there are many fluctuations in economic development. At C.P. Vietnam Corporation, branches and factories of the company have joined hands to apply scientific and technical advances and management methods to the production line to reduce operating costs, improve energy efficiency, and synchronously implement energy-saving solutions in the production line.

From those efforts, C.P. Vietnam was honored to be named in two categories of "Energy Efficiency in Industry 2023," including CPV Food Co., Ltd. and Hanoi Meat Product Processing Factory. Representatives of CPV Food Co., Ltd. were Mr. Surasak Aroonsiriwatta, Assistant Vice President. And the representative of the Hanoi meat product processing plant, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nhanh, Energy Management Department, received the certificate from the organizer. Also at the ceremony, for individuals, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thong, Engineering and SHE Department, and Mr. Nguyen Binh Duong, Energy Management Department, received certificates for outstanding achievements in the management and use of energy economically and efficiently.

The awards show that C.P. Vietnam has been implementing its commitments towards the goal of developing a green economy, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and being carbon neutral by 2050, aiming to be a sustainable green enterprise.

As a member of the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD), C.P.
