C.P. Vietnam Corporation - Typical Taxpayer in the Period of 2020-2022

The General Department of Taxation (Ministry of Finance) has just organized the conference "Typical taxpayer appreciation for the period 2020–2022." At the conference, C.P. Vietnam Corporation (CPV) was one of 138 enterprises praised for their positive contributions to the state budget revenue in the period 2020–2022.

The conference was attended and directed by Minister of Finance Mr. Ho Duc Phoc, Mr. Mai Xuan Thanh, General Director of the General Department of Taxation, and representatives of ministries, departments, sectors, business associations, and 138 typical enterprises and taxpayers were commended in the period of 2020–2022.

CPV is an enterprise with more than 30 years’ business in Vietnam in the fields of industry, agriculture, and food, focusing on three main areas: "Feed, Farm, and Food.". C.P. Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit received the Certificate

Representatives of C.P. Vietnam were Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit, Chief Financial Officer, CFO, and Ms. Vu Minh Sam, AVP. Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit received the "Certificate of Commendation for the Company's efforts to overcome difficulties and make great contributions to the state budget in the period 2020 - 2022" from the Director General of the General Department of Taxation.

Over the past time, the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has shrunk both the domestic business market and exports. Production and business activities have been affected, causing Vietnamese businesses and entrepreneurs to face long-term, difficult challenges. Facing the difficulties and challenges of the economic sector, CPV has made efforts to overcome difficulties and fulfill the set targets, being one of the leading typical tax payers in the country with a state budget payment of over VND 9.000 billion and creating jobs for more than 31,000 employees.

The honor of enterprises with typical tax contributions at the conference is the recognition of society and the state for their efforts and contributions to tax, contributing to the country's socio-economic development. This is also an opportunity for businesses to look back on their development journey and resolve to strive to maintain and promote the company's business.
